Before launching Danny Orr Real Estate, I spent years in corporate sales, mastering the art of negotiation, communication, and client service. That experience taught me how to operate with professionalism, deliver measurable results, and always put the client first.
At the same time, I was deeply involved in construction and renovation, gaining hands-on knowledge that most realtors simply don’t have. From full home remodels to investment property flips, I’ve seen what makes a house more than just a structure — I understand quality, potential, and value from the ground up.
But what truly inspired me to transition into real estate was seeing how overwhelming and impersonal the process had become for so many clients. I got into this business because I wanted to change that — to make real estate simpler, more transparent, and genuinely client-focused.
